Providing a sneak peek at next week’s release of Superman Returns: The Videogame<\/em>, EA has launched a demo of the 360 version on the Xbox Live Marketplace today. In the demo you can take an early tour of Metropolis\u2019 three Industrial Islands spanning five missions and two chapters, capping off with an epic boss battle against Metallo.<\/p>\n

I haven’t played through the whole demo yet, but I picked it up for a few minutes earlier this afternoon and it definitely appears to have shaped up to expectations. Some of the controls felt a bit clunky to me at first, however the game world is massive and simply flying around Metropolis is a joy.
