Another PSP-3000 upgrade not mentioned in the initial release is its enhanced video-out port which will be able to output gameplay in interlace format. That means users with non-progressive TVs can now take advantage of the video-out functionality to view their PSP content on the big screen. Before with the PSP-2000, video-out was only possible on progressive TVs. Not a system-selling upgrade, but definitely a nice touch.<\/p>\n
Finally, I’ve also just gotten my hands on a six-pack of new images of the PSP-3000 in both its Mystic Silver and Piano Black colors, all of which you can view in gallery form after the break. There’s a Pearl White version as well, but from what I understand it’s only coming to Europe as of now.<\/p>\n
