Fallout 3<\/em> is already huge, but over the next four months it’s going to get even huger. This morning Bethesda Softworks laid out the downloadable content schedule for its epic post-apocalyptic RPG, a monthly release cycle that will see PC gamers getting the game’s official G.E.C.K. Creation Kit to begin making their own content in December, and both PC and Xbox 360 players receiving exclusive DLC expansions over the first three months of 2009. The three add-ons include the following:<\/p>\n

– Operation: Anchorage:<\/strong> Enter a military simulation and fight in one of the greatest battles of the Fallout universe \u2013 the liberation of Anchorage, Alaska from its Chinese Communist invaders. An action-packed battle scheduled for release in January.<\/p>\n

– The Pitt:<\/strong> Journey to the industrial raider town called The Pitt, located in the remains of Pittsburgh. Choose your side. Scheduled for release in February.<\/p>\n

– Broken Steel:<\/strong> Join the ranks of the Brotherhood of Steel and rid the Capital Wasteland of the Enclave remnants once and for all. Continues the adventure past the main quest. Scheduled for release in March.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
