XBLA Shmup Sine Mora Dated and Trailered

More shmup action is heading your XBLA way in less than a month’s time, Digital Reality, Grasshopper Manufacture and Microsoft today announcing their collaborative Xbox 360 exclusive downloadable shoot ’em up, Sine Mora, is set to blast off on March 21st. It’ll carry a 1,200 Microsoft Point price tag.

As you can see in the new “From Dust to Dust” trailer, Sine Mora has a cool dieselpunk style and classically crafted side-scrolling gameplay, with a killer soundtrack composed by former Silent Hill maestro, Akira Yamaoka.

Time manipulation is said to be at the heart of this old school meets new school shooter as players will have over 60 combinations of planes, characters and time control devices at their disposal in their efforts to blast through enemies and survive stages filled with bullets, lasers, speeding trains, flame jets and other deadly obstacles.

Mark your calendars, shmup fans!
