Forgive my tardiness in bringing this news to your attention. My PC died on me last week and I’m still sorting through a backlogged inbox of press releases and other updates as I get my new Alienware rig up and running.

Anywho… In case you missed the announcement last week, Tecmo Koei will be launching a special edition for Yaiba: Ninja Gaiden Z next month. While supplies last, retail copies of the PS3 and Xbox 360 zombie slashing ninja action game will ship with an assortment of free goodies, including a comic book by Dark Horse Comics, the game’s soundtrack (the Xbox 360 version will come with an actual CD while the PS3 version will have a digital download voucher), and themed cross-over costumes for Ryu Hayabusa and Momiji for use in Dead or Alive 5 Ultimate.

Yaiba: Ninja Gaiden Z is scheduled to launch on March 18th for $59.99. A PC version is also planned for release via Steam alongside the consoles.
